M Drop forge die and die inserts for forging presses in steel processino, especially with serious wear problems M hot forming tools (press hardening) of structural automobile parts M extrusion die for steel processing M hot pressing die for the processing of copper and copper alloys M hot sharing blades and flash trimmers M push bench rollers for the production of seamless steel piping M production tools for seamless steel cylinders (e.g. drawing rollers)

M rollers,e.g. Former rolls used for steel rim processing M punches and shearing blades for sheet thicknesses of approx. 6-12 mm

- Macrostructure, microstructure, grain size, and impact toughness shall meet the standards specified in GB/T 1299-2025 for Tool and Die Steels.

Annealing
- Temperature:820-840°C with slow cooling in furnace
- Hardness after annealing :Max. 240HB.
Hardening
- Temperature:Temperature:1030-1040°C interrupt oil or polymer cooling at 250-300C),or vacuum harden
- Hardness: appr.57 HRC.
Stress relieving
- Temperature: appr.650 °C 2-4hrs with slow cooling
Tempering
- 500-700°C,as needed, see Tempering Diagram; temper to increase toughness 2 or 3 times.
- Nitriding: possible.
- Preheating before use: 250-350°C absolutely necessary
